Carl’s a/c came highly recommended by numerous friends. Our a/c went out at 6:40 pm and Carl answered the phone and spent about an hour having me try different things to try to get the a/c before he could come in the morning. He came first thing the next morning and solved the problem. A circuit box outside broke causing no power to get to the unit. He is very knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. Saw some wires that were incorrect and spent the time to do it correctly, even though it was not his job. So very nice! He has a new customer for life. I would recommend Carl to anyone needing A/c or appliance repair. This has really put my mind at ease that our a/c is in top working condition.

By far the best experience w any contractor I have ever used.
Came home one evening to no AC, called a friend who referred me to Carl. I called him at 530 am next morning, was contacted back before 6am only to be at my home by 10 am .
Was in my attic and discovered a dead unit installed wrong by last company. Showed me issues in need and was able to get me quote and begin work that day. Best crew of guys who are pros at what they do!!! Finished and had me up and running by next day as promised. Carl is first class as business owner who understood a family was in need of relief . He is our AC guy for life and will easily recommend him.

I always feel a challenge when evaluating a post to a site. The only response I have is that Carl's A;C is the best contractor we have ever dealt with. I felt fortunate when he showed up in a short period of time, diagnosed the problem and not only fixed our A/C, but instructed me what to do if that problem ever reappears. The fee was very fair. Our experience was a great one. Thank you Carl.
