Avoid Brightway insurance .. My agent was Bill Goldman at the Jupiter office and he cost me $617 for being a lazy, incompetent agent.

My wind mitigation discount was revoked and he failed to communicate the message. The carrier sent out a letter immediately that bounced back because BILL GOLDMAN added the wrong address. Because he clearly cannot be bothered to do his job correctly. They literally have it on file that my letter bounced back. Never sent it out again. Never attempted to call or email. I then receive a letter in the mail (6/29) saying that I owe the money in two weeks or my insurance is getting cut off.

I'm sure BILL GOLDMAN has $617 to throw against a wall, but not everyone is sitting fat and happy on corrupt insurance money.

Said to me that it was not his fault or his problem. That he wouldn't be paying for it. LIKE ANYONE ASKED HIM TO! No admittance, no apology.

I'm about to get married in November and this is my first home. I trusted Brightway. I thought we were in good hands. Well joke's on me. I've made it my mission to take down this jerk because he is a menace to society and poor trusting people everywhere.

I went to brightway last week shopping around for my auto insurance for my daughter and I and brightway insurance really stepped up and helped me & my family out, they gave me a great rate on my auto insurance so I gave them my home insurance also. we now have great agents who answer the phone and all our questions its great!!!!

My wife & I had Allstate auto insurance for 6yrs, paying high rates because I thought they were the best company and all other companies were less quality. Or so we were told year after year. Boy was I wrong. We went to Brightway & they shoped our insurance through over 20 companies!!! They put me with a great A rated company & now my wife & I are saving $400 every 6 months!!!!! With the exact same coverages!!! Now I'm having them write my Home insurance, Boat insurance, & Flood insurance. On top of that, the service is top notch, and they are very courtious.
