my husband and I have lived at The Waterford for over five years. There is not a day that we don't rejoice at our decision to move here. It is a beautiful campus and well maintained and secure. the staff is always helpful and kind. My husband now lives in the Health Center....so convient to spend time with him and still have a lovely villa and friends with whom to dine. I love my life here! Hattie

A resident for 15 Years, I love living here, the services are wonderful, the grounds are beautiful and most importantly, I feel safe and secure here. The Waterford is a wonderful place to spend these golden years!!

ccI moved into The Waterford nearly five years ago with my wife and I couldn't be happier.....friendly & efficient staff, good food, many activities etc. etc.

My parents moved into a villa at the Waterford a few years ago. They were hesitant to move from their beautiful home to an independent living community. After looking at several similar communities in northern Palm Beach County with their daughters, they decided on the Waterford. Once they got settled in, there were no regrets. My mom loves not cooking dinner every night and they both enjoy the delicious (with healthy options) dinners in the dining room and grill. They both have become involved in various activities (book club, fitness classes, field trips etc.). The staff has been responsive with requests and very professional. The property is well maintained, secure and clean. As their daughter, I am very pleased with the Waterford. I know that medical assistance is there any time if needed, they are living in safe clean place, get a healthy balanced meal every day. They are with good people who care and most importantly, they love it there.

My husband and I have lived at the Waterford for three years and are so glad we made the decision to move into this lovely retirement community. After touring the other local facilities, we found The Waterford offered everything the others offered, plus it was the friendliest and most "home like" of all. It was also definitely the best value for our money ! How comforting to know we will be cared for as long as we live.
