I love this cleaners! They cleaned a favorite silk blouse I thought was ruined and it looks like new. I will definitely recommend to everyone

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They ruined a Prada silk dress that i bought in Italy. I went to them because of their "phenomenal reviews". Not only did they fail to remove the ONE stain that the dress actually had, but they got chemical stains ALL OVER the dress, in spots where there was no stain to begin with and that didn't need cleaning! To make matters worse, the woman at the desk started screaming at me when i complained. Will not be returning. Be careful - I advise taking your business elsewhere.

I have tried many places in the past and they ALWAYS made me disappointed and frustrated -- spending a lot of money for bad results. La Mer always does a PHENOMENAL job!! La Mer, Dry Cleaners, has removed red wine numerous times from my favorite garments...and white fabric seat cushions! And yes, red wine & bird drops from my husband's shirt...it was quite the uncanny concurrent event at... the Italian Festival one year! La Mer Cleaners took all the stains out and unbelievably, it looks brand new! I also gave them my favorite red sequined dress and it turned out beautifully. Thank you La Mer Cleaners. Also, a variety of other stains. La Mer cleaned and preserved the dress beautifully. i also feel compelled to mention the amazing talents of their tailor. i won't go any where else. i am one COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!
