No Stars. My worst experience with auto service ever and I have been getting cars fixed for over 40 years.



I should have stayed away from them after my initial experience with them when they "forgot" to rush order a part. My second experience didn't require a major overall, but they had my car for over two weeks. Primary problem --too busy to get to it any sooner. While my car probably benefitted from a tune up (which they did), it is very questionable whether about $500 worth of charges were needed. Only one of the two problems was addressed, after they said my car was fixed and running well. When I went to start, it still didn't start. I spent $1000.
