He promised 5o send me a replacement chocker necklace as the one I got had a broken clasp. I trusted him but so far no replacement necklace has arrived. Buyer beware

We purchased a northern lights topaz ring and had it sized when we visited Juneau on a cruise. The next day I lost the stone in the next port and could not find it. I called the Gemstone Heaven but could not leave a message since their voice mail was full. I thought I'd never hear from them but to my delight the manager called two days later saying he saw that I tried to call him. When I told him what happened he said to take a picture of the ring and send it to him with our address. Today I received a beautiful new ring via priority mail and would refer any of my friends to this jeweler if they are traveling as we did. They really provided super customer service and were great to work with. Donna L.

Good news, the ring was replaced eventually. The NZ Valuer advised that the new ring was made to a much higher quality. I am thrilled with the replacement. Please disregard previous feedback.

Do not purchase goods from this retailer. They have failed to respond to report sent on badly made ring which now has a stone missing. Cannot be repaired as workmanship is so terrible. Beware.
