GREAT GUY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IT'S HARD TO COME ACROSS HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE THESE DAYS.

I was told to come at 10:30. I called at 10:27 to find out and he never started. He says it would have taken 3 min to change a tire. Morons. Went to capital service and they found the problem and offered their assistance for FREE and professionally. Egan tire idiots needs customer training for DuMMies. No one should never go there. I would not even give 1/2 a star to them, but I have to give one by force.

I was on a wait list for new tires at several places in town. I called into Egan Express and they had just gotten in my size of tires that day. Within 3 hours, I had my car back. Great experience with Egan Express! I will be going again!

I have used Egan Express on three separate occasions and have been very happy with them. They always gave me a fair estimate before starting work, and every time they matched or beat the estimate. Every time I was given a time to expect my vehicle to be done it was done. They installed a brake pad for me that failed and immediately honored the warranty and replaced it as well as the rotor that got damaged at no charge not even labor. I will not hesitate to use them again.

I stopped by in a great mood with a smile. The pea brain I spoke to refused to provide me service because of my place of employment. And I have been here for 2 months. So keeping a smile on my face, now in disbelief, I went around the corner to the next service station. I got an estimate of half the price and 30 minutes time for the repair. The first egghead told me they needed to keep my truck all day.

As consumers in the area, we need to spread the word as to what a poor business is being run at Egan Express. They should do ZERO business and I will do my best to spread the word.

Dropped off my Honda, because it died twice driving in to town.



They diagnose the problem as a bad distributor. Charge me around $600 for an entirely new distributor. I get the car home, park it on a hill, next day it doesn't start. just cranks and cranks, and wears out the battery.



I try diagnosing things myself--figure out it's electrical, and related to the fuel pump. Meanwhile, a broken seal on my trunk allows water to flood my car.



Get the car towed back down to this place--they let it sit for 3+ weeks, since it's tire-changing season. Eventually get it up on a lift, and tear out my fuel lines. Bring me in, point at the fuel lines, tell me they're rusted through and that it's impossible to fix.



They offer to tow my car away "free of charge."



I decline, and push it two blocks over to Capital Service. They take a look at it within a few days, fix my fuel lines (FOR FREE), and tell me the problem was my engine computer, which was sitting in a puddle due to my flooded car. They suggest I get one off ebay, (35 dollars) and they'll only charge for time installing it. They also tell me that the distributor was never the problem, and the engine computer was likely causing electrical problems all along, and that was the first manifestation of it.



Capital: Diagnoses in one hour the problem with my car, fixes fuel lines, and repairs everything for 100 dollars in under a week.



Egan: Charged me $600 for a part I didn't need, took 3 weeks to find no solution to my problem, unrelatedly rips out my fuel lines and tells me my car is totaled, generously offers to take my car off my hands. ...yeah.
