I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I had taken my riding lawn mower to another business who told me the engine should be replaced. Dave, the owner, diagnosed the issue, quoted an accurate price of repair over the phone in five minutes and then perform the repair as promised. He just earned a new long lasting customer!!

Mr. Yox picked up and repaired my Craftsman yard vac and Toro mower from Catonsville. Both were in rough shape, not being used or serviced 2 years. He had them back to me within a very reasonable time frame and fair price. He explained everything that needed to be done.My vac started on the first pull and is running very smoothly. I have not had to use mower yet but I expect it will be fine too. He also patiently kept in touch with me after I ran over a tough dog ball which became entrapped in the vac's " innards" and I had quite a struggle removing it. I will definitely be requesting Mr. Yox's repair services again.

Mr. Dave service is unbelievable he came to pick up my lawnmowers texted me with a list of things that needed to be done, I gave the ok and had it done in no time... And even delivered it !!! Now that is customer service!! He even text me a few days later to see how things were going !!!
