Mountain Road Deli & Spirits isn't your typical deli/liquor store. Mr. Piyush Patel and his family go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome, are waitied on immediately and walk away happy each time. They call me by name and ask how my day is going. It's that kind of neighborhood place! The store is clean, well lit, and has plenty of wide-open parking -- convenient when you're pulling a boat, camper or horse trailer behind you and can use the extra space! Once inside, you'll find everything organized for convenient shopping. On the right, everyday and Fine Wines are grouped according to their countries of origin; there are also several aisles of Liquors, Liqueurs, and Mixers to meet every party need. The walk-in cooler offers the coldest carry-out beer I've purchased in Harford County (if you've been to local "beverage warehouses", you know that too many people going in/out of the cooler means WARM BEER!!). In the "Deli": Great Sandwiches, Fresh Meats at Low Prices! Enjoy!

Nice place, good prices and very clean & friendly

Coldest beer in town. Prices are as low as anywhere around. I buy wine, beer, lottery numbers and the place is the most accommodating of all. As well as always clean. Mr. Patel the proprietor is a nice guy who is always more than happy to help. Ice is cheap, too!!!!! The full service deli is convenient as any in a pinch. Great for lunch pick up... Really nice to have a not just competitive merchant in the neighborhood but a kind, and clean one as good as it gets!
