Have utilized Newman for years for my primary residence as well as two properties used for short term rentals. Typically reviews are about a specific event however in addition to the excellent experience last week repairing the A/C in my primary home, they installed and maintain the units in the rentals. Newman has always showed up, sometimes with a very short notice, always had the expertise to do the job and always been honest in their business practice and billing. I highly recommend Newman for all of your Air and heat issues.

Recommend for any heating/air needed

Routine service completed quickly with new thermostat installed.
Thermostat had an issue that was quickly repaired.
Quick and efficient.

Technician was knowledgeable of his job. Very polite and cleaned up after himself. Easy to talk with receptionist when called to tell her what problems we were having. Texted and let me know when technician was on his way.

I do not understand the review below, I had this company tear out duct work replaced with new and a new York heat pump. I am so very satisfied with it and the service they provided way beyond what I expected. Thank you Newman

Horrible non-responsive company that won't stand by their shoddy work. I had a completely new system installed (two units). One has never run right from the start, turns out the installation was faulty and actually ruined my hardwood floor. You take your chances with these fools. I would never recommend.

I was quoted a price which was the lowest in the area but then all went down hill from there. First I was told it would only take two days, however it took four complete days to finish, and they don't work on weekends. They started on Friday and did not finish until Thursday the next week. One done it only ran for a week before they brand new A/C unit went own. Come to find out the system has a leak but I had to wait till the next day before they could find the leak. I come home from work the next day and the a A/C still does not work... no phone call, no note saying what's the issue, nothing. Did I mention THEY DON'T WORK ON WEEKENDS!

These guys know what they are doing. We purchased our home about 7 years ago. Prior to buying the home inspector we used told us that we needed a trap on our upstairs unit for drainage. Several years and at least 4 other heating and cooling companies later, we found out that we had a trap under our house as well. The 2 traps had been causing water to be airlocked and backup, which ultimately caused a water overflow which went through to our downstairs.... the guys from newmans were the only ones that figured this out. I would highly recommend them.

These men are on the ball. They will drop what they are doing when you need them and come to your aid double time. You can depend on them for whatever your needs are. Even when everyone else wants to put you on a waiting list, they will get to you in super quick time. Very dependable.
