Tim Fogger, the owner, is the service technician and brings nearly 20 years of experience to every job. He is diligent about diagnosing the problem and giving a fair estimate as to the cost of the repair. If replacement is necessary, he tries his best to offer a range of estimates with a number of different brands to fit your budget and efficiency requirements. Tim bends over backwards to treat his customers fairly and with the utmost respect. He is also very personable and enjoyable to be around. He always dresses and conducts himself in a decent and professional manner.
