Thy are the best Billy did a great job on my carpet today they were pretty dirty he took his time and gave me a great price

True Care Carpets of jonesboro ga, are above the best. i googled them on a late Saturday after to get a quote for my home billy came over within a hour with no questions asked. very professional and polite matter of a fact true care carpets was the complete opposite of every other company that i had come in because billy never once said that i should replace the carpet in my home which was the sticking point of everyone else. after a few minutes of the walk thur of the house billy took the time to explain the dirt and the products that was going to be used and his whole process which is a pleasant surprise. walked me out to the truck and the truck was not messy at all the showed me the type of work that billy was going to put out. give me the choice of days that i wanted and time time which is a great feature about billy company.



the day of the cleaning i was notified that he was on his way and his team got right to work no lag time trying to figure out what he was going to do and how it was going to get done, in fact if you ask me i would say that he had a well planned out idea of the work plan before getting there, i will say that BILLY did surprise me on a few things that you don't see in the bigger companies, one he took his time on the troubled area's and even went over them a few times if needed. also he walked me thur the house. i must also commend he and his team on the job on my tile floors, i ever had the person that put the floors in come back and take a look at the job that was done because they were looking to charge upward of $5,000.00 to restore and take 4 days. billy did the job in under 1hr. this young man is truly gifted. i call him my carpet whisper i know one thing i will not ever look for an other carpet guy no matter how long i live in the area or even in any other state.
