Me and my husband called around to several different HVAC companies before we ran across Grade A Heating and Air's ad on craigslist. They came out the same day to give us a quote and did the install on 2 of our properties the next day. We were satisfied with their quality of work and their knowledge of what was being done. The technician didn't try to push other products that we didnt need on us like a couple of the other companies did. Overall, we would definitely recommend this company to others and have. We will be using them for our properties as well as personal. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!!

I just purchased my 2 story condo in May 2016. The seller used Grade A Heating and Air to install a new HVAC unit per our binding agreement. I moved in and realized that the AC isn't working. I called the company, and they came out on Friday May 27th. They said that the pipe was frozen...really??? Whatever they did, obviously didn't work! I was trying to reach them unsuccessfully. It's 80 degrees in the house, and the thermostat is set on 73. I have a heart condition, and I do not tolerate the heat well. It is under warranty and must be fixed and installed properly. A brand new unit can't malfunction like that!!! They got paid $2500 for the installation. And from the very first day the second floor was not cooling down at all.

I hope, that the owners of this company will contact me ASAP and will take care of this huge problem.
