Just got off the phone with here, thanking them for helping me out. I currently reside in the Coblestone Apartments and had an object of some sort, maybe a rock or who knows..never found it, but i knew it was better buy because of the technicians' uniforms. They were very responsive and respecting to my concerns and needs. I know the complex wouldnt review them, but I felt that they deserved a lil bit of recognition..sad to say i forgot the techs' names.

Very pleased with my results from dealing with this company. Somewhat professional over all, but id recommend some more in-person conversation.

Compared to all other companies we received quotes from and these people know how to rid you of your glass and frame problems. I really liked the way that they seemed to care and consistently wanted to help. Lastly, with what most companies lack the ability to execute, BBG answered all of my questions and products were delivered and installed in a timely manner.

I just had my first experience with Better Buy and I am so very pleased with every single person I dealt with- Michelle, Chad, Jennifer. The communication was so important to us and we had a deadline. Michelle was more than happy to help me every time I called (and I called a lot) and Chad's attention to detail was impressive. The quality of the window he and his co-worker installed today is excellent and it fit like a glove. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain anything I had questions. I know where I'm going the next time I need glass repair or replacement.

Service time was very quick and after a couple days, the requested technician arrived as promised. Their end of closing the deal as impressed me into a loyal customer now.

After competitors have tried to hurt the reputation of this dedicated beloved company, who I've done business with since Larry Sr shortly after opening. Nice people to get to know and allow to show their true skills and workforce in helping anything dealing with glass.

Couldn't pinpoint which listing to leave a review for, but i'll leave an additional one, due to my exceptional experience. Wonderful revamped service was provided for my for my family and I. Great prices for the quality of work and effort to my buildings. Looking forward to pursuing further business with this family of workers.

Spent HUNDREDS of $ to have glass with condensation replaced. Was told by installer that he measured for total house screen replacement like I wanted and would call back with a quote. After 5 FIVE phone calls to the company, was told the OWNERS did not want to deal with screens. Thanks for letting me know!!!
Definately will not be ordering the remaining windows from this uppity company, they are only interested in you if you have commercial property or apts.

Every interaction with this company is negative. The original estimate of 3-4 weeks for seven windows to be fabricated actually took 8 weeks until they were ready to install. Several of the windows had fabrication defects with the latches.

We were told the windows would take one day to install.

The install crew was unprofessional. Often breaking glass with a hammer in a trash can that left shards of glass all over the floor every day of the install which is still not finished after 12 days. They nearly dropped a sharped sawed off piece of the frame on me when removing the old windows. When moving their brake metal machine they scuffed the walls. The floors were so dirty from the construction crew they needed to be cleaned each day. Often working from the crack of 10am until 4pm or cancelling showing up entirely without notice.

Also did I mention they are not even finished?!

This is one of the worst operated companies ever opened! First, the customer service representatives? Ha! What a joke. Rude, imcompetant, and a couple are just downright unprofessional! I am a customer, not your drinking pal. And I understand not scheduling specific times, but if you tell me your guy is gonna be there this Tuesday after 1:00, I don't want to have to reschedule three times before he comes out. I have never seen someone overbook their technicians the way this place does... And then, your service. I had to have someone come back out to my place and actually clean up his mess and fill in where he missed silicone. What?!?! If you hire a painter to come into your home, and he left garbage on your floor and missed a spot here and there, what would you do? I would get my dang money back! If you need anything- even water to put out your own fire- don't ask Better Buy. They would probably "accidentally" give you a cup of ether and pour boiling broth on you to smother the flames.

Following a bathroom renovation, I hired Better Buy to rehang 2 mirrors and add a beveled mirror frame to each of them, First of all, a few days after hanging the mirror, 4 circles appeared on one mirror, exactly in the spots where the glue was applied. They claimed no responsibility and charged an extra fee to replace and hang the mirror. When the frames were installed, they were not the width that I had ordered. When the correct frames were finally installed, they were uneven and the installer even admitted that he had never done it before. He also left some tape with me in case any of the frame should fall off, as they would charge me to come back out and replace them in the event that they would come off. I would never use this company again!

I JUST WANT EVRYONE TO KNOW,I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE.I HAD 12 WINDOW FRAMES INSTALLED IN MY HOUSE,THEY VERY THE MOST UPSTANDING AN COURTEOUS PEOPLE THAT I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH.THEY HAVE GREAT PRICES AN MOST OF ALL THEY DID A GREAT AN FABULOUS JOB ON MY HOME.I WOULD ADVISE ANY AND EVERYONE TO CALL ON BETTER BUY.

Better Buy Glass installed storm windows of various sizes, insulated glass windows, and storm doors at our house. This was by far the best experience with any window company we have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They were professional, prompt, trustworthily, and efficient.



The installers did an excellent job at installing the windows and doors. They protected our house by protecting our furniture and flooring. After the windows and doors were installed they removed all debris and we couldn’t tell that a crew of installers had been in our house,



With the replacement of windows and doors I have recognized two important elements; our air conditioning and heating system does not have to labor as hard to keep the inside our home comfortable, the noise level has decreased.



I would recommend Better Buy Glass to anyone in need of the replacement of windows and glass doors. They deliver what is promised, quality products, service, and a very reasonable price. Many glass companies could really learn a lesson from Better Buy Glass on how it should be done. Better Buy Glass does it the right way.
