I have been going to this tire shop for 7 years. The only thing that I have had done was my tires replaced in that time period. My last visit was the last week of May 2016. Up until then, the owner(older Hispanic male with beautiful eyes) had always replaced my tires, but this past time after the work was done and I was on my way home I noticed a semi- violent shaking in the front end around 55-60 mph and assumed it was because I may have needed an alignment after having both tires replaced. Come to find out a few days later my rim was cracked. I had received a hairline crack less than 1/2inch long and flush to my rim. Cause by them trying to change my tire to quickly and instead of doing it property and releasing the the to to be able to successfully remove my tire, they forced it off and cracked my rim in the process. Now I'm out of $185 to have it fixed because they are not honest.
