I have used this Currency Exchange many times. They are ALWAYS very polite and professional. I understand what a Currency Exchange store is and do not expect them to be something they are not. They are a check cashing place not a place to exchange one from of currency for another. They are for exchanging checks for cash. They do a great job of what their job is.

I'm travelling abroad and asked to exchange currency for my trip. After asking to speak to the manager I was told that "Just because we are called currency exchange does not mean that we exchange currency!" As I was asking the manager where I should go for help-she said "Have a good day sir" -and hung up on me! How's that for customer service?!?
