When our original answering service closed their doors, we had a very hard time finding a good, reliable service that would meet our needs. Then we tried Special Interest, and we knew we had found a match! The owner and operators are friendly yet professional, and over 15 years later, we still consider them to be the best around! We have worked with Special Interest Answering Service for several years. We have been very pleased with their services. They are prompt, efficient and professional.

We have been with Special Interest for the last 12 years for medical and dental services. We also use the services for Emergency Crisis situations. I am very happy with the service that we receive. If there is a problem or question the management at the service all the way to the owner get involved. I would recommend these services to anyone who needs a professional and understanding operators to answer the call when you can't.

We called over a dozen times about continual errors. The manager/Paula was rude and obnoxious, at one point hanging up on our office manager after calling her a stupid bi-ch!!



This was the last straw. Completely unacceptable behavior. It is obvious that the problems start at the top.



Changed services and told several other offices about the problems. They also had problems with the managment at Special Interest and decided to change.
