I went to get a tooth taken out the doctor was so quick I never felt anything and the tooth was out not even pressure they are the best and the only dentist I go too

I started going to Joliet Family Dental two years ago.I had a big fear of dentists.And you could tell how bad my teeth were by my smile.Dr. Lee was a big help in getting me to feel comfortable around dentists again.I was very happy to be able to smile again.I was also happy to be able to bite and chew like someone who has good teeth.Her entire staff makes you feel welcome.And they are all so informative with everything.
This office is so perfect for children.There is a TV in each room so your child will feel as comfortable as they can at a dentist.There is nothing better to distract them than a cartoon to watch while have they're teeth repaired.
I love the parking situation there.I need a walker to get around and all of there spots are very close to the door.I have to give Dr.Lee and her team a 5 star rating on a great place to have your teeth taken care of.Thank you.

Stay away from this place! They don't care about you. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Trust me

After reading these reviews, I had to post a review. Ive been going to this dentist for about 10 years now, my children also. Been to many, that say they couldnt pull a tooth, that i would need a oral surgeon. Went to them and they pulled it first try within 20 min, never any pain or discomfort. Front desk, was always very professional friendly. The Drs, were great with kids, the dental assistants were excellent at calming a scared child. Last month I had to have a molar pulled, the dentist was exceptional!! He repeatedly asked if i felt any pain, was the most gentle dentist i have ever delt with. I have given four stars because the fillings seem to always fall out after 6months.

Terrible. Went for root canals and after BEGGING for more anesthesia I was l told "don't tell me it hurts again". Staff was rude. Doctors were rude. I was talked over and ignored. Left in rooms for more than 40 minutes and was told "this is going to hurt" like a horror film. Save your time and your teeth. Go somewhere else.

Had to bring my grandaughter here add my daughter had to work the day of her appt. Have no clue if Dris a good dr.but the staff stinks. Sat for 20 mins in am empty waiting room and no one at reception desk without one person coming up to acknowledge us. They even walked by without looking at us. When two girls finally came up they neither smiled nor said hello and finally just led my grandaughter back. Not the kind of office I corks recommend purely on the welcome you are extended.

This dentist at this dental office is the most unprofessional man I have ever had the unfortunate luck to see. I was there yesterday with a broken molar and have a huge fear of dentists. After last night that fear was reinforced 10 fold. . I made the appointment because their office is the only one that could squeeze me in on such short notice. Once it was decided that I wanted my molar pulled rather than try to go for a lengthy root canal Mr. Dentist could not have been ruder or more unprofessional. He started working on my mouth and I felt pain and he actually doubted I was really feeling pain. He ignorantly told me that he would "give me the benefit of the doubt" about feeling pain and proceeded to jab another needle in my mouth twice to numb me more. I was in the chair with tears literally running down my face and not once was he even nice enough to say anything comforting. He pulled the tooth, got up and left the room wrote me a prescription and never said another word to me. In fact as I was leaving the office he started laughing. Stay away!!

Today i went to get some fillings and it has been about 12 hours since i went to this "Dentist" and my tooth still hurts a lot and i also had this problem the last time i went here but i just thought that it suppose to hurt a little after but no it hurt a lot and i mean A LOT so i don't really recommend this place and i will not recommend this to a friend!!! or someone else.
