Worst service I have ever seen. I agree with other reviewer about unneeded work being suggested. Took to another Jared for better service. Manager smiles at you as she treats you terribly. Rude, unknowledgeable and condescending.

I would never do business in this branch of Jared again. Love the Aurora and Bolingbrook stores. Not knowledgeable , at times rude, and suggested a repair that another store deemed not needed. Give a bad name to Jared at this location. Will still shop at Jared, but not this location

The people at Jared are top notch. The store manager is friendly and truly seems to enjoy what he does. I've dealt with Samantha several times and found her most helpful and seems to know the perfect jewelry for my needs. But the entire staff is great. A HUGE shout out to the young lady ( sorry don't remember her name) that does jewelry repair work. Wow! She is an artist! She repaired a ring with scroll work that I though was repairable. I don't know about other Jared locations but this store in the Louis Joliet mall in Joliet, Illinois is worth the drive.
