JACK IS AN AMAZING SKILLED LAWYER! Unfortunately I had (2) DUI's. My Drivers License was revolked for 3yrs due to 'refused to blow'. When it came time for a re-instatement hearing I contacted several attorneys that told me IF I were granted a Drivers License (and ALL said that would be a big IF) I could only secure a Limited Permit and would have a breathalizer installed in my car for a year. My last call was to Jack Zaremba. Jack was very clear on the steps I needed to take, was informative and handled this issue from start to finish. By the time Mr Zaremba was finished (and I might add he did this all within a 45 day window) I had secured back FULL DRIVING PRIViLIGES and WAS NOT REQUIRED to have a breathalizer installed in my auto. Jack is the BEST LAWYER I've ever worked with and I've worked with about 15 lawyers in the past. I was charged with trafficking approximately 300 LBS OF MARIJUANA (the worst class of felony in Illinois, a class X) and faced a mandatory 12 years minimum in prison and up to 30. Through Jack's expertise he was able to get me out on bail 3 days after it happened just in time for Christmas, permission to travel freely between Illinois and my home state 800 miles away, probation, and the charges reduced in addition to NO BOOTCAMP/PRISON/JAIL. My fines only amounted to $10,000(they just kept my bail money) even though I could have received millions in fines. I was original charged with a felony for both a DUI and fleeing and eluding. With Jack's experience with the law and his familiarity with courtroom protocols, charges were reduced to misdemeanors. Jack spent time meeting with me and we discussed and prepared for each step of the process. He always treated me with respect. At the suspension of my license hearing, the supension was avoided due to evidence established that their was no probable cause. The entire case has now been dismissed, no felony, no suspension, no misdemeanors-- and I attribute Jack's knowledge and expertise as key to this happening as it did. He was available for questions and was responsive to my needs. Highly impressed with his services.

He helped me out by representing me in court on two moving violations. He got one charge dropped and suspended sentence on the other, so a very good outcome all in all. He communicated well from a distance, and saved me from having to spend a day driving to another town and dealing with being in court all afternoon. Also, the price was very reasonable. I'd hire Zaremba again if I needed to do it all over.
