Provided by YP.comI have never belonged to a gym before in my life, but when I walked into Planet Fitness, I was pleasantly surprised by the courteous and friendly staff who took me on a tour and showed me the ropes. The facility is extremely clean and tidy and the equipment is easy to use. I am honestly so glad I decided to get a membership here, I love everything about it so far!

Provided by YPmobileThey over charged my account I had canceled 2 of my accounts talked to manger was a post to get back to me the very next day an he has yet to get back to me I've gone up wrote him to call me an have called now won't be back til Fri so 3weeks later still have not got my 107.00 dollars back guess they think customer service is not important. Very upset
