I'm a caregiver for the woman I brought to the lab to have blood work done. I was NOT happy with the way we were treated by the receptionist. The woman I brought is hard of hearing (& she told her that) & the receptionist made rude faces if she had to repeat herself & sighed. I repeated the questions to my lady after the receptionist was rude. Once back in the lab the phlebotomist that brought us back was very kind & took her blood. No problems. I've heard great things about the doctors and staff there I just wasn't happy with the receptionist & the lady I brought wasn't happy as well.

Went to be seen for symptoms of a uti. Got treated fast. However tried to go back for a fill up since the antibiotics didn't seem to help the staff at the reception was so rude. The nurses line didn't wanna help at all or answer any of my questions. They pretty much just said drink plenty of fluids. However I've had a temp of 101 and still didn't want to let me be seen. Had to go to an urgent care facility to be seen to get help. I'm never going back.

I have been a patient of Medical Associates for several years now and I have had excellent service and treatment. The set up is so convenient if you need blood work, physical therapy or a stress test and x-rays, everything is on site. No trips down to the hospital.

Dr Warren was my doctor, he retired. All his patients were assumulated into the other three doctors. currently they seem to be over burdened and are still improving their system. Went to Dr Johns where there is concern, service and a personal atmosphere.
