I used their service for winterizing pool and hot tub last fall. This year I tried to fill up the hot tub and found out pipe is broken/leaking. I contacted the guy who winterized and he said it was previously captured moisture that busted pipe and told me that he is not responsible for the damage and he will charge $80 for taking a look. If moisture was captured, it was his responsibility to remove and fill up with antifreezer during the winterization. Of course, it was working fine until last year. He refused to repair and tried to charge me for taking a look at the problem??...It's impossible to have reasonable communication with this guy. Do not use his service.. The excuses make no sense at all.

I had been dealing with Noren Pools for the past 20 years. The previous owners were great. The new owner Bill Lehmann is a complete A-HOLE. I sent my wife over with a list of products for the pool and the hot tub. While she was there they insisted she try a granular chlorine instead of the 2" pucks. When she came home I took it back and told them I did not want to change because I have never had any problems with my water and I wanted to return granular product and get a bucket of the 2" pucks that I have always used. The owner then proceeded to tell me that they do not do returns or exchanges and they were willing to lose a 20 yr customer before they exchanged anything. Well you got it I will NEVER be back. Its cheaper to order online anyway.

Noren Pools has to be the worst business that I have ever dealt with in PA. They will not work to help the customer, their supplies are very, very expensive and they are downright rude. I have never encountered such poor work ethic or rude, arrogant business people-specifically the owner, Bill Lehmann. I would NEVER EVER recommend them to anyone and will NEVER shop there again. THE WORST!

Noren put my pool in 8 yes ago and it's still beautiful. They were and are the best in the area. Mr. Noren designed it all and she knows more than any other retailer in area. We were always treated with respect and courtesy. We were sad to hear they retired but will continue to patronize.

I have dealt there for 3 years, and find her to be friendly, and knowledgeable, and the prices are very good. I shall continue to patronize, even though it is under new management

Noren pools were very rude to deal with. I had called their store 3 times in the past and all 3 times I had horrible service...Not once but TWICE when I was on the phone they put the phone down to take a personal cell phone call..which I could hear. As a 1st time pool owner I had a few questions, as I was asking the questions the woman on the phone told me, "you'll just have to come in a look at it yourself" and then hung up on me!! They also "fixed" my pump, so they say, until I took it home and it leaked WORSE than before!
