Very nice company to deal with. Helped me clean up my credit and even helped me create a budget to help with my bills. They were very kind and even offered me coffee when I arrived

These people will lie through their teeth to get your money. I had a debt over 8 years old that was a bogus bill and JCB (Johnstown credit bureau) told me they could extend it's life as long as they want to by entering it into their system whenever they felt like it. Through experience I happened to know that was an outright lie. So, After talking to a REAL credit expert at Experian I confirmed that they intentionally lied (or don't know their own job) to try to collect what they weren't owed. Don't deal with these people for any reason. They are not trustworthy.
