Have banked with them for several years, they have always been amazing. Decided to apply with them for a home loan. Maybe it was just the loan officer we worked with, but I can say that experience was the worst customer service we've ever had. She seemed completely unexperienced in her job, later came to find out she had been in the business for many years. Our loan type was changed without out knowledge, couldn't keep track of our info, sent us the wrong info or not in time, would not give straight answers to questions, lied to our realtor, never got a good faith estimate until the day of closing (only a worksheet with estamtes), those numbers more than doubled by closing, was very rude on several occasions, and many more examples but not enough time. Was in the process of going to another lender but needed a loan quickly due to our housing situation and BOC had pre approval by then. Had a friend warn us about their bad experience with them also, should have listened. If you need a home loan go elsewhere, otherwise great for everyday banking, especially online.
