Pick a different moving company!!! The employees were totally unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful. Similar to another reviewer, I'm in the military. On the day the movers were supposed to pack up my belonging to be placed in non-temporary storage, two guys show up to pack up 9000 pounds with no packing paper on hand. Since I my move was to Japan, I was scheduled to have several different companies pack my stuff; some going with me overseas and some staying in storage. The moves decided that my belongings were not separated clearly enough between what they needed to back and what need to stay for the other company. They left without doing anything! I called the officer and they were very rude and unwilling to help. Luckily the Personal Property Office on base called Vito's Express and arranged for them to come back the following day. I've been in the Navy for 18 years and going through the moving process 9 times. I've never seen a moving company this bad thus far.

I give them no star wose comany ever we were military for 15 yrs and my washer and dryer was only 6 moths on when it went into nts came back to the states 2 yrs later and got them delivered they were so damaged and unuseable befo before the driver even got out of the truck he told me they were destroyed I put a claim in and they sent me a settlement of 750 for both they also sent me infor for used machines for me to buy , they were 698 each when we got them nice try guess I will be fighting them on this NEVER EVER USE THEM

I have been an military wife for 21 years that's a lot of moving, I have to say Vito's was the worst moving experience I have ever had!!! The 2 guys that showed up to pack took so long that when the truck showed up on the 3rd day they were still packing! The loaders had to work around them!! Now I am sitting in an empty house 30 days later still waiting on my stuff!! And I just found out it has not even left storage yet! We were told it left storage a week ago. My family has been sitting on our new house for 3 weeks sleeping on air mattresses and sitting on folding chairs! This is by far the worst move we have ever had! I only gave them a star because I had to if I could I would take away a star!

The only reason I'm giving this company one star is because they delivered a day earlier than planned. The service was less than appropriate, however. Only two guys showed up for the delivery. They banged up my furniture pretty good, there were and still are some missing boxes from my shipment, and to top it all off, they put none of my furniture together i.e. beds, dresser, dining table, cribs. My wife and I had to do it ourselves. I highly UNrecommend this company.
