I had a perm for the first time in my life.Wanted soft loose curls.When the girl that works there (not the owner),rinsed and took out the rollers out of my hair,My hair looked liked poodle hair.And that is just what i said to the girl.Her reply was after i wash and condition my hair it will loosen up.My hair after washing and condition( when she told me i could wash my hair which was Saturday night after 6 pm) my hair looked like Richard Simmons hair. now my hair is all frizzed looking now like a affro.My hair is burnt and was over processed.The owner is wonderful person,I have no complaints with her .The owner always does a great job with waxing my brows and hair cuts.I will be going back there today,to request my $89.00 back.I'm sorry now that besides the cost of the perm,i gave her a $20.00 tip.Now i have no idea what can be done to fix this mess..Dee
