Fast and responsive when it comes time to secure the job. Poor execution, never on time and cuts corners on job. Better off finding another contractor for any job.

Stay away from this these so called contractors. If you want quality, dependability, reliability you won't get it from these people. After my fence and railing was installed and paid for, I tried numerous times to contact Ryan Rooney with many promises of him or his father coming out to fix the railing which they never showed for. This vinyl railing was so lose that if someone leaned on it, it would probably fall over and break. Supposedly this was a half hour job which they could do right away and they still never showed up. These people also go by Lighthouse Fence Installation & Contracting Services, Lighthouse Construction, Lighthouse Services. Check the BBB and see all the complaints. Check the Contractors Licensing Board and see the 3 violations and the 5 claims which caused the license to be REVOKED. Don't be as foolish as I was by trusting a good talker. If I could give them less than 1 for a rating I would.

Heard they do good work but cancelled the commercial job they were supposed to do for us after Ryan "misquoted" and the price rose from $2800 to $5500 once they arrived on site for the job. Told them to leave the materials I bought from their supplier and I'll get someone else.
