I should have gone with Jump For Joy in RI, another inflatable rental company that we used two years ago. But i chose this company because they had chairs and a snow cone machine option to include in the rental for the same 27' Total Tsunami water slide. I should have read all of the 1 Star reviews on multiple platforms before going with this company and disorganized owner and incompetent staff.

So how disorganized is this company? Let me count the ways:

*I reserved this rental in February for a July Date, with a deposit. I received no confirmation email or phone call so
I decided to call 2 days before to confirm. They had an incorrect last name on file to begin with and it took 15 minutes to simply correct and confirm this step. I even called back again 24 hours prior to the date and confirm the timing of the drop off. I was told first drop off at 8:30/9 am. The day of the party I called at 8:45 to confirm a delivery update. I was told that they double booked that slide for a church and it was an overnight (which they say that they rarely do, but they did). She had a similar slide called the Lava Twist that they could deliver. I had no choice but to take whatever I could get for that party as 50 guests were due to arrive in 30 minutes. I asked where the driver were, she said they are 30 minutes out. They arrived 1hr and 15 minutes later (now 10am for a 9:30 party). It took another 30 minutes to blow up and add water to the pool. The delivery driver (Kenny) said this is not the first time that this has happened, that the scheduler is new and everything is disorganized. They would give a discount of some sort and pick up in the morning.

*The rental was set up in a way that when the kids slid down, they had to stand up and run the rest of the way and jump in the pool (not fun and why I didn't want this slide in the first place). Oh well, I only had an hour left for the birthday party, so I had no choice but to make the most of it.

*The next day I called at 8am and left 3 messages on their answering machine over a 4 hour period. No response. I wanted to know when they were going to pick up the rental and equipment. I had to keep calling until someone picked up. Finally the owner (Dahlia) picked up. I asked why nobody has returned my calls and she said she was very busy booking reservations. She knew who i was and when i explained in great detail at how unhappy I was and the amount of stress that this has caused for such a special occasion, her response was to point the fingers at the new scheduler, the contract that I signed and a measly $75 discount on a $750 rental was the best that she could do to make up for all of their mistakes. After another 30 minutes of explaining the horrible customer service, she agreed and took over another $100, to make me go away.

*They finally picked up the slide at 1:30 and even tried to take folding tables that I own!

*Never an apology.
*The owner Never took ownership.
*The owner even laughed when I stated how the set up and angle in the yard made the slide difficult to slide all the way around which defeats the purpose of the design of the pool at the end.

*Do yourself a favor and learn from our negative experience and note the similar disasters that the owner is creating on a consistent basis. Stay away from this company, Jumpin Jupiter has problems as big as the planet!

Would deliver to a house up the street from me. But, not to my house, because I am in the next town over. They should think about expanding there business but this is what they told me; "We have over 50 units and are sold out every weekend and most are local deliveries - within 10 miles. We think that we are doing well." So, if you are not with-in 10 miles of this company, rent somewhere else!!!

Time and quality are essential in the film business and I know I can continuously count on their professional staff to meet all of my specific requests. Thanks so much for the continued services and awesome bounce houses that we luv every year!! This year we made it double the fun with the "Corkscrew" and it was the life of the party! Ryan's grad party was that much more fun and the best party we've had yet! Thanks again Jumpin Jupiter!

To everyone at Jumpin Jupiter...Thanks for a making my daughters graduation party great! From the tent and tables to the awesome margarita machine (orange mango rocks) to the over the top fun dual slip and slide. The party lasted until your people came to get the slide...good thing the margarita's didn't run out! Every...thing was very clean and the set up and pick up was prompt. Will use you in the fall for another birthday. Had everyone asking where did I rent it all and I had to say "JUMPIN JUPITER"
