Exceptional Service!!!!!!! We used five star heating for an oil to gas conversion. I interviewed 6 different companies, and found kevin to be the most knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth person of them all..... He made us feel like family! Five star heating went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed, and was done right! My husband was so impressed on the quality of work ,and how neat and clean it was. We would recommend them to anyone needing a reliable plummer. I just recommended them to my dad...They were easy to get ahold of, always responded back, and never made me question my decision to hire them for the job!!!......

Cannot say enough good things about this experience! We had a small job, basically a D.I.Y. project gone awry. We called for help and Ken showed up the next day, when he said he would. He completed the job expertly, efficiently and with courtesy. We are very pleased and will definitely recommend Five Star to anyone in need of Plumbing and Heating services!

AMAZING SERVICE!! We had a leak in our water line and after my husband's first two attempts to fix it failed, it was time to call in the professionals ... and that's exactly what we got!! Even thought we called in the afternoon, Five Star said they would do their best to come out the same day! The office staff quickly relayed my call to the field and I received a confirmation within five minutes (!) that they would be out the same day.



Once on site, they diagnosed the problem. We got a very reasonable quote and agreed to it. He got right to work and it was done very quickly. I am VERY pleased with the service and took their card so I could share the info with friends! Finding a reliable professional is so important these days!!

Dependable, knowledgable and trustworthy. As a homeowner, you want peace of mind when hiring a plumber and no one is better at providing that than Five Star. They have worked in my home for over ten years. When I need to repair, replace or renovate I can count on Kevin to get the job done right AND stand behind his work. I've recommended Five Star to family, friends and co-workers in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It's like having family in the plumbing business ( only better!).

We filled out their online service request form and were called not 10 minutes later by a very nice lady. We were in need of a plumber because of a faulty hot water heater (that had been installed only 2 years previously by another company). Kevin, the owner, knew immediately what our problem was (particular brand is known for failing). Luckily we were still under warranty. Kevin went to his supply place, got the replacement, and installed the new one - all in one day. Can't recommend Five Star high enough! Plus he honored the online coupon - even though our printer is broken and we couldn't print it out. Good business practice!

Five Star Plumbing came to my house this morning, and I am totally impressed. Kevin's wife told me initially that it would be a two hour window, between 8:00am and 10:00am. She called me at 8:15 and said Kevin would be arriving at approximately 9:00. He pulled up to my house at exactly 9:00! He was friendly, courteous, thorough, clean and fast. I recommend this plumber to everyone who has any kind of problem, no job too small.

As a single family homeowner, the thoughts of trying to find a plumber who would understand that I have smaller projects to handle on the occasional basis was a bit overwhelming. But from the initial contact with the Five Star Plumbing Company my concerns were put at ease. After Kevin took the time to call me back personally after my initial questions for the answering service, I knew I was dealing with a top knotch, service oriented individual. After arriving at my home he looked over what I needed, offered alternatives, all in a simple and VERY reasonably priced and unintimidating manner. I will certainly be calling again soon and will reccomend them highly to my friends.

I found Five Star Plumbing last November and would highly recommend this company. The service is reliable, fast and thorough. Every call is answered promptly and Kevin is thoroughly professional. I placed an emergency call and needed a new waterheater which Kevin quickly installed. I was impressed with his attention to every detail, including clean up. Five stars for Five Star!!!!
