Had "Doug" from smiths sewer at my house today and not only was he an hour early, he was very knowledgeable and worked as he informed me of my issues! Wasting zero time which is amazing charging hourly! He fixed several issues in under an hour, cleaned his mess, and was did his job. Thank you Doug and smiths.

the first time they came out it lasted us 5 months. the second time 4 days. the office staff were unkind, wanted to charge more money and gave us 2 separate quotes on prices for the same thing. We had another company snake the sewer and there were many places with roots 30 feet out from the drain. After calling Smith and letting them know that it was their fault, they interrupted me and spoke in a mean way. They denied any blame. NEVER GOING TO HAVE THEM AGAIN.Try Bee Line sewer! Professional, clean and helpful!

Wow, I randomly picked this company out of no where because I had sewage coming up a drain and onto my driveway. I called late and night and they came over at the exact time I set up the next day. They were fast working and knowledgeable... I think.... the only con was that I could barely understand what they were saying. But anyway, they fixed my problem in less than an hour and identified a mistake that was going to cause me problems later and gave me advise to fix it! On top of that they broke a piece of their own equipment while working and didn't give up!! They just got another and went right back at! These guys were great and don't even care that i couldn't understand what they were saying. I will definitely use them again! AWESOME SERVICE!
