We live in a home built in 1917, duct work was replaced in 1959 after a serious house fire that required a 6 month renovation. We purchased the home late 1980's & added an addition in 1999. Gilliam Power Vac is here today. They are an unbelievable duo! They showed me the 55 years of accumulated dirt, dust, pet hair, etc that was in old furnace duct work! They also showed me an elbow joint that was beginning to rust in old furnace, if not replaced, carbon monoxide would eventually leak in through ventilation. They are trustworthy, efficient, tidy, explain the process, etc. Previous owner & renter had house dogs that shed. We had a house cat 10 yrs before getting our current house dog of 10 yrs. No wonder, I have had sinus infections & allergies & require weekly allergy shots! I would highly recommend them! I heard of their company many years ago, don't know why I waited so long to make an appt. Top notch crew! Thank you Larry & Frank!
