This place is NOTHING but fraudulent! I know several people who thought their accounts were cancelled because they did exactly what they were suppose to do then a few months later they started getting calls from collections. Their is nobody to speak to about any problems, girls that work there don't know anything and can't help you at all. They give you a "billing department" number that just has voice mail. No one EVER answers and NEVER calls you back. They will not tell you the owners name, only that it's Chris. I will NEVER to business with this company again AND I will do everything in my power to ruin their name! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and writing to all the newspapers. Might even get the news involved.

Oh and btw, I they do not even deserve the one star that I gave them but it makes you.

I signed up for one month. They told me it would be taken out of my checking account. I called to say I did not want another month and they told me since I was calling the last day I needed to give a longer notices and I cannot remember how long. I said that was okay but do not take any more money out of my bank account after this month. I called the owner If even the little girl gave the right number and he would not call me back. I have a family member that is a lawyer and he would not even call him back. They want you to send them a certified letter to cancel and they do not tell you this up front. He is making his money by getting you to sign up and only to find out to cancel you have to go to the post office and pay for a certified letter. People lives are busy and he knows he will rob you of a few more months before you get that taken care of. He is a thief and so many sun bed places out there please do not fall to this man trap! He also owns one in JC and maybe more…be careful!

BAD BUSINESS!! The sales practices of this location (by the owner himself) is dishonest, misleading, and totally wrong. I asked and was lead to believe that I was purchasing a single month unlimited. Little did I know that the owner himself (who checked me out) signed me up for a lifetime membership with out my knowledge. When I caught the extra charges from my account, I called to ask what was going on... it was not until then that they told me I had a membership and could only cancel it via a letter through certified mail!! Went to the post office (so ridiculous!!) to send this stupid letter that I should have never had to send, and the post office worker told me that 30+ people have come in this month alone with the same letter and complaints!! I have tried multiple times getting a hold of the owner (called, left messages ... The sales practices of this location (by the owner himself) is dishonest, misleading, and totally wrong. I just now reported this jerk to the Better Business Bureau of Eastern Tennessee for misleading sales practices. I just want others to know the truth and to watch your wallets because this guy is apparently an expert at squandering people out of their money! BEWARE!!!
