I heard a lot of good things about this company before I hired them. So, I was excited by the prospect of getting the good service I expected. Things didn't go so good..The leader of this band of ne'er-do-wells is a large fellow by the name of Ronnie. He retained an attitude that we somehow "owed him" something for the fact that we are fairly well off. This fellow rarely left the truck and his packing methods left much to be desired (our stuff was practically thrown onto the moving van).There were a few scuffs and scratches on some of our furniture -- and the movers tried to shrug these damages off..Aside from the fact that these "movers" kept making innuendos about expecting a tip - they seemed to drag their feet ALL day! The move cost us 50% more than we expected it to.

We ordered three trucks and at least 4 men to move our rather large house and storage unit. The men and trucks showed up on time. Good thing to start - now the bad:



Some of the guys smelled of pot smoke, were not dressed very professional (tattoos showing, rock and roll type t-shirts and the like), AND I caught them making under-handed remarks about my wife and daughter...



These guys took FOREVER to move our stuff! Also there was some damages to our furniture and a scrape on the wall that they had tried to cover up.



My family has used professional moving services before in the past -- this outfit is not one of them! Incidentally, when approached about our damage concerns, the owner pretty much tried to put the blame back on us -- not very professional at all!!



Additionally and quite upsetting, we were rushed by the company during the unload - which made for a very uncomfortable day.



Not recommended at all.
