Awesome Store, Beautiful Dresses, Great Prices and Customer Service. I will be shopping there again! :)

I bought a prom dress from them and had it specially ordered and paid quite a bit for it. I also had alterations done to my dress as well. They did a wonderful job on the alterations but their customer service is pathetic. My prom is May 7th, and I took my dress in today which is May 5th and asked them to steam one layer of my dress so it would look good for Saturday and not have any wrinkles. Need I remind you I have only tried it on a few times since I picked it up and brought it home. Well the lady working flat out told me there was no way she could steam any part of the dress since it had already been steamed once by them. Oh and she also said they were way too busy with other dresses. She had a very bad attitude and was very rude. I then took my dress to Weddings by Eda and the lady there said she would steam the layer of the dress for me for FREE. She was very kind, and was super nice. If you are thinking about going to Princess Diaries I would think twice.
