Wow! I was shocked when I read all of the reviews because my experience was NOTHING like the others.
I have a top-end retro refrigerator that had some issues while still under warranty. The manufacturer was the one who contacted Mr. Applicance in Johnson City, Tennessee to assess m y concerns, around April 2022. Mr. Appliance called me to arrange a time, & they called again about 30 minutes before arriving on that day. They sent Tyler, he was very professional, polite & asked me what issues I was having with the appliance. He was very careful as he checked over my refrigerator & explained what he had determined when he was finished. He asked if I had the phone number of who I talked to at the manufacturer & he called & spoke directly to them, relaying what he found. Through that conversation, they decided to replace the entire unit, a shock to me since there were only about 3 months left on the 2-year warranty. So that was my first experience with Mr. Appliance.
When the new refrigerator was delivered a couple of months later, it had some damage on both of the doors that I believe was probably caused by the local delivery company because the way these units are packaged, it should not have had the damage it had but it had been uncrated & unpacked before it was put on the delivery truck. The manufacturer shipped out new doors & again contacted Mr. Appliance to install them. This time, Trevor was the man they sent & he was also very polite, knowledgeable & professional. He told me he had unpacked both doors to inspect them before he came & then completely packed them back up. Each door was packed in thick styrofoam within thick boxes taped shut. The doors were perfect & he handled them with kid gloves. Trevor answered all of my questions & was very professional. This was my second great experience with Mr. Appliance.
I'm so sorry so many other people had bad experiences but I also know that we are more prompted to write a bad review than a good one.

Picked them cause they were local and wanted to support local. Bad mistake.

Don't do business with them, they are a rip off!

Long story short... guy came down to fix an old fridge. Told us it will cost $400 and that's all it'll need. $400 later, wasn't fixed.

Another guy FINALLY came down to look. Said it'll take another $300 or so to get it back up and running. Unbelievable!!

Fridge was only worth $500 at most to begin with. Wanted to fix it instead of buying a new one cause didn't want the hassle of replacing. If they had told us from the start that it would cost that much we would have just bought a brand new one (which we ended up doing anyway!).

Called numerous times to see if there's something they can do to meet halfway with us. Nope!

Lousy business, I strongly suggest you stay away.

No call, no show at stated times. Amber(phone) very rude and curt, owner(anthony royal) no care. Rather just have $85 show fee do no real repairs. Never again. Do not use.

If you are willing to pay for superficial extras like the shoe covers they wear, placing a mat at the door, being on time and courteous, they are good. But prepare for the sticker shock when they are done!!!!!!!!
