OPEN NOW - Closes at 6:30pm

They send you an email "Package coming 3:15 to 6:15pm" You look at the email later, and they apparently can change an email you've already received !......because it then states 6:15 to 8:30pm. Happened more than once. One time, it was noon the next day before it came. UPS really has no clue how to schedule.

I have been expecting a shipment for the last 5 days. UPS smartpost typically passes it on to the post office and they finish the delivery. For some reason, UPS has decided it wants to deliver this particular package. Everyday, I get an email saying and exception has been made on account of the weather. I have gotten my mail every single day, I have gotten shipments from FEDEX during this same time period. UPS says the weather is too bad. If it had been sent by any other carrier, it would have been here already. UPS is horrible!!!!
