Whenever I got there they are always nice and Jackie does a great job doing my mail and I just love going there

Went and got my nails done they were rough literally fell off a day later then call they tell me not their problem won't ever go back if their were zero stars that'd what they'd get

JC Nails is disgusting. I noticed that the girl who did my pedicure had washed her tools with liquid and a brush that the other customers cleaned their nails with. I also noticed that the fingernail clippers had other people's nails in it and the nail filer was used on everyone's feet and hands. You watch them and you'll see I'm not kidding.

I got a full set and john got mad at me and took the drill and cut open my finger and I had to go to the hospital and set 4 stitches in my finger and still had to pay full price with blood going down my hand!!!!

Thought I would give them a try, close to my work and were running a special for fill ins - $12.00. Old saying you get what you paid for - this applied here. Very disappointed. You can see where the old nail was, the pink coat of polish is rumpled and they didn't even get the whole nail covered with the clear coat. Will not go back - wish it were better due to the convenience of their location. People were really nice - just didn't seem to care about the end product.
