Car salesmen types. They told me my ring couldn't be fixed and that I was in danger of losing the stone. Then they tried to sell me a new $2,000 setting. I took my ring to Dempsey's and it was fixed for $100. They said there was never any danger to the stone and I did not need a new setting. Glad we got a second opinion! BE CAREFUL!

Terrible place to do business. Mr. Isbell is extremely rude, and extremely tough to deal with. I will never go to this establishment again,and recommend you do the same.
