This facility is not handicapped user friendly. The distance from the handicap parking spot to inside the building is excessively long and the procedure once in the building is stressing. I was not impressed with the amiablity of the clerks - the process they employ is too taxing if walking on a cane. Patients in a wheel chair would have a better experiance. However, there were no large size wheel chairs visible for usage.
