They were friendly but ...
After installing my clutch, my hill holder (which is connected to the clutch) immediately started locking up. I called and left a message about my problem but after a couple weeks I realized they had no intention to call back. I dropped it off to have them look at it and I explained the problem, they said they would look at it that same day and get back with me. After 1 week without hearing from them I called but got no answer so a left a message. No one returned my call so I drove by and they were just getting to it. After asking for more info. about the problem they told me they would look at it and call me by the end of the day (Friday). End of the day came and no call. Monday, when I go to pick it up they give me a $75 bill - no warning, no call to verify whether I want them to do new work or ask if I would accept the charge, no explanation as to whether they caused the issue when they did the clutch work. They got my money but lost my business.
