Went to try in bridesmaid dresses for my sister's wedding. Unfortunately she got called out of town and could not attend. She sent me pictures of what she had in mind Camrie and the other girls were so helpful. They pulled the dresses they had that my sister had picked out plus a few others. I had such a great time and was able to find the dress for her wedding!

Could not have ask for a better experience. The Staff was awesome. And when our bride said yes to the dress even the staff cried with us. The staff Brittany and Manger Kathy went above and beyond to please the bride.

I'm not sure why some women have posted such scathing reviews of this location, perhaps they've never been to any other bridal store.



I have visited this particular locations on MANY occasions. Once for a bridal appointment with my best friend, once for a formal dress for a cruise, once for a bridesmaid's dress, and once for my daughter. I cannot say enough great things about the consultants and their management staff. These women are truly committed to creating an ideal experience for each bride and client that walks through their doors. They spent extra time beyond my best friend's appointment making sure she felt beautiful and that every accessory was perfect(I saw another reviewer said they "try" to charge for every little thing...pretty sure that's every bridal shop. You pay for the dress, the belt, the shoes, the veil, the headpiece... those are all separate pieces). When shopping for my bridesmaid's dress, even though my sister(the bride) wasn't with me and I really loathe the dress she picked for the bridesmaids, their consultants made me feel beautiful and important. When going in for my daughter's flower girl dress, they made her feel like she was a princess. Even looking for my formal dress, a consultant spent time looking for my size and made several great suggestions.

I have been in this store 3 different times and each time they so rude. If you ask me they deserve 0 stars. Just because my mother wasnt with me and she is the one paying for my wedding dress doesnt mean I had to have her with me. I had the money in hand when I walked through the door. I personally think they need new people. Just because of that I am ordering the exact dress for $89 more than what they wanted for it. I would rather spend more than have to deal with them.

My sister and I visited the JC store two weeks ago on Sunday. From the moment we walked in we were very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail. The manager was so sweet and helpful and Morgan was outstanding! They really listened to our concerns and knew exactly what would work and wouldn't! They were like shopping with your best girlfriend but with more knowledge. My sister found her dress and on the first visit (which is almost unheard of). I highly recommend this store- they are all super knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

I spent a lot of money in this place and got no service all the dresses were wrinkled and they wanted to charge 40$ per dress to steam them. when they are the ones that shove them in a ups box. I wish I had gone some place other then here. avoid at all cost please. I do love my Vera Wang dress I just wish it came with some customer service I will never spend another dime in this store and hope that you don't because you will be disappointed. I am heartbroken over everything that went on with my wedding dress when it should have been the best experience of my life davids bridal ruined everything.
