Ate at Carrabbas last night. Pretty good.till I ordered the custard, I was thinking baked custard but it wasn't. The server asked how I liked it and I told her and within a minute the was a guy there telling me they would take it off my bill. That was nice considering I had not asked. BUT before he turned to leave my daughter began spitting her custard onto her plate and then explained...'glass'..there's glass in my custard and all in my mouth. I looked at the little jar it came in and sure enough the backside was broken. Before we could touch it the guy reached over grabbed it and took off. Not a word to my daughter...'m sorry'... nothing did he say and he never came back even tho he was only a few feet from us. What restaurant would do such a thing. The ONLY right thing would have been to sincerely apologize and at least give my daughter a complimentary meal. I was furious and wanted to talk with the manager but my daughter wanted only to leave.

wonderful food, clean atmosphere, great service...i would recomend this for any friday night!!
