My fridge quit making ice twice in the last two years. First it was the water control valve & then the Ice Maker itself. Both times Budget had the part I needed at a fair price and both times the part fixed the problem immediately.

Everyone I have dealt with there has been really nice & helpful. Their no refund policy is clearly posted so if you are not OK with that then don't buy. I believe that if you do have a problem with a part that they will work with you to get a working one just not issue a refund.

My experience with Budget has been great. When other stuff breaks I often just go online & buy the part but when it's my ice maker it's an emergency and I need the part right away.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH AN OWNER/MERCHANT IN 60 YEARS OF BUYING AND SOMETIMES RETURNING.THEY DID'NT EVEN WANT TO REFUND MY PAYMENT FOR AN "INCOMPATIBLE"PART THEY SOLD ME FOR MY RANGE.OWNER WAS YELLING AND CURSING.(GOOD THING I DON'T LIKE JAIL).THEY EVEN WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK MY ORIGINAL ELEMENT THAT WAS TESTED GOOD.THE WAY I LOOK AT IT THEY "STOLE"FROM ME.DID,NT REALLY EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR.BEWARE SHOPPERS!!!!!!!

We have bought several appliances here and had them repair a few. Awesome customer service and fair prices. We highly recommend purchasing appliances here and using them for repairs.

Had done business here for years with excellent service and products. My husband and I were in search of a portable dishwasher and went there in February 2016. Rudest customer service employee I have encountered in 30 years. We were so shocked that we just walked out. Intend to complain to owner soon. She was the person in charge that day. Would

I honestly cannot give this business one star. I strongly urge anyone to avoid this place. I visited this business this morning after calling them and finding out they had a used part for my refrigerator. So they claimed. I walked in & could see right away that it was not going to be a pleasant encounter. Told them what I was there for. The one female laid the part on the counter with a printout from whatever website and said....'this is what I found based on the model number you gave'. I knew right away that it was not what I needed because I had previously researched it online, found the part online but I wanted to try and find it local first. I pulled out my cell phone to look at a picture I had of the freezer where the part would fit. This woman immediately got an attitude and huffed and puffed while giving me a go-to-hell look because I was questioning what she laid in front of me. After examining it carefully I said, this is not what I need I"m going to hold off on buying this'. She huffed and puffed, shaking her head in disgust and said 'ok whatever'. She was mad because she failed at trying swindle me out of some money. At that point I happened to notice a sign taped to the counter that said '25% restocking fee for returned items'.......well imagine that......they would have made a small chunk of change off me had I been stupid and bought the part and had to bring it back which I would have done no doubt. I don't know if this woman was the same one I spoke to on the phone but she was a hateful hag, extremely unprofessional, and the other female working along side her (with the long hair) looked like she had just gotten out of bed and came to work in see through pajamas......DISGUSTING!!!!!! If I were the owner or manager of this place I would fire both of those bimbos on the spot!!!!! Thumbs down on this business all the way around!!!!!!

I loved this place.. The prices were very reasonable and they stood by their warantees. Actually went above and beyond for us. Everytime we dealt with them, everyone was pleasant and well business mannered. I will go back to them anyday of the week to get what I need.

If you like tacky red necks, women that look like dudes , drunk service " technicians ", dirty appliances, OVER priced appliances go to this place. It was a horrible experience going there, I'm surprised they are in business.
