Paid this months bill one time. Hit our card for an extra $20.00 for late fee's we did not owe. Said he would take it off of next months rent. This is BS need the money now. Place was broken into last year and we were not notified for months.At least when he takes you money he could say "by the way the place was broken into".Pretty shoddy way to run a business.

I love knowing my stuff is in a safe location and I love the fact that I have my personal belongings in a gated fenced in area and you have to have a personal code to get in. I was given a free lock when I signed up and its a convenient location to Boones Creek and Gray.
