They suck. In November 2015, the reception was hateful. The owner, April, did not take my word for it at 1st but later called and apologized and said my next visit would be free and they would mark it on my card. 4-14-16 when we came back, they tried to charge me. It was not on the card and April condescendingly said "remind me why it is suppose to be free". I told her and she says " he hasn't been back since November". So, I took out the cash and tossed it on her desk and said we won't be back. She tried to give me the money back and as I went out the front door, she went out the back door and put it under my wiper blade. As she was going in, she again condescendingly said " you have a nice day sir". When I took my dog in, they asked if I wanted the regular Scottie cut. My dog is a Westie. When I got him in the car and took the time to look, the had gapped his tail and miss-cut on a few other places and had not even notched the tips of his ears. NEVER GOING BACK.

I love April's pet spa we have took our yorkies to her for the last few years. We love how she has grown and enjoy the people she has that helps her. Great price too.
