I do NOT recommend doing business with Aluminum & Glass Systems.



I was given their number to replace a few broken window panes in my double hung windows. After playing phone tag (which is OK), Tim came out to my home and took measurements. Understanding that the following week was a holiday, he made it clear that they would not be able to get to the job until the week after (again...perfectly acceptable). After repeated calls to Tim, he finally committed to completing my job on a Friday. Living out of state, I trusted that a business would stand behind their commitments. The following Tuesday I called Tim to ask for the final bill and how the job went. He told me "can't do it" and that I would need to go elsewhere. I told him that this would have been nice to know weeks prior, but he claimed that he was entirely too busy and wouldn't be able to do the job.



Don't bother calling him, for they won't follow through with what they commit to! I even offered to pay him more!!

Great workmanship and prices was not bad either. I had 12 large windows replaced that were over 25 years old with solar film windows to protect the carpets inside. We have not had any problems in over 10 years and getting ready to replace the rest of the windows in the house and all in another home we bought.
