My wife and I previously contracted a company out of Knoxville, TN to replace or countertops. Needless to say, our experience with the first countertop company was a complete disaster. Thankfully, my wife and I have a contractor friend who recommended us to All-in Granite.
I left the next morning to All-in Granite where I met both the owners, Larry and Sher. They were warm and welcoming, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer both of their professional opinions about my countertop options. After about an hour, I had the material picked and an appointment was set for installation. Even after the installation, I received a call from Sher making sure that we were satisfied.
After my wife and I went through that whole ordeal with the company in Knoxville, we were glad that it happened, although the experience was quite exhausting. If it didn't happen, more than likely, we wouldn't have met Larry and Sher, and our kitchen wouldn't have the gorgeous countertops .
