I have used these movers numerous times, and felt very comfortable in using them. However, this time I was quoted $500 - $600 to move some items in storage (mainly boxes) to a home in Hendersonville. The movers put the boxes in the garage, put a bedroom suit inside along with a few pieces of random furniture. My bill was $955, almost twice what was quoted. Upon questioning the owner, he cussed me out and made threats. I will never use them again and strongly advise that you do not. He cannot be trusted!

desperately needed to move a mattress set and called to check to see how much they would charge for moving from Johnson City to Kingsport (about 20 miles). The gentleman I spoke too quoted a very good price for me. I needed to be moved out by Saturday. So I returned the call to them on a Thursday to see if they could come on Friday or Saturday. No answer. I called again, no answer. Finally on Friday after calling twice, around 1pm I was able to reach someone. He stated they possible could come by Friday afternoon and deliver it on Saturday or they could just come on Saturday. This is now Sunday, have no heard a word. Called 4 more times. Worst company! I know that I am not a huge move, but for 160 for an hour of your time?! Come on!
