I had Tony Roma come out to help rework a drain and a supply to a kitchen. When he was 'finished' and I came back to find that he removed the drain line and one of the supply lines going to the bathroom, which was totally out of scope and right on the other side of the wall -- obviously still needed. I called back multiple times, Tony told me he or someone would be there on four separate occasions. So, on four separate occasions I had people there waiting for them. No one EVER showed up. My job was held up over 3 weeks and this guy just left us hanging. Really disappointing.

He said he was in contact with the manufacturer of our furnace multiple times since 5/25/2018, but when I called the manufacturer they have no record of his contact since that exact date. When I asked for a ticket number or someone that he has spoken to, he refuses to give the information leading me to believe that he is lying. He said the company was mailing HIM a new furnace for us. A week after it was supposed to arrive he said they were sending ME the new furnace. The manufacturer confirmed that they do not mail replacements to a contractor let alone a customer! He said he would show up on four separate occasions and never did. I've asked repeatedly for documentations of his service and visits and he refuses to provide them. He said that the manufacturer has all the proof I need, but again, they said they have no records of his calling or documents. So we are now having to pay someone else to finish a job that he now refuses to do. I will also add that he is accusing us of having someone else tamper with the furnace. He says he has "proof", but when I asked for the service documents and the pictures he supposedly had, he refused to provide them, which again leads me to believe he is lying. Please note, he changes the wording of his business to avoid bad reviews and has owned a previous business in the past which also has negative reviews. Do not use this "business". He also never registered our furnace, so although we do not have to pay for parts, thanks to the warranty, we do have to pay for labor which could have been avoided if he had registered our furnace per the manufacturers requirements.

Great customer service, very respectful and wonderful craftsmenship also, my boiler is running flawlessly.I would recommend them to anyone.
